Video 2.2.3 Minor Release to show videos that were migrated to a new server

This is a bug fix release applicable to hosted Jive instances.
Our thanks to the team at Orange who flagged an issue that happened when their videos were recently migrated to a new AWS server by Aurea. Some of their videos stopped working, so we updated the tile to account for the new location of the videos. We also did some behind the scenes updates for how our video tile was built, which will make it easier to make future enhancements and bug fixes.
